ARMA International Chapters are located all over the world.  Each chapter is encouraged to appoint one member to be the Chapter Foundation Champion (CFC). If you are a CFC, this web page is for you. Check back often for information to help you "champion" the cause of research and education in the field of records and information management in your chapter as you contact each member.

• Talk about and generate excitement for the Foundation
• Educate members to use the Research Projects
• Encourage applications for the Scholarship Program
  
• Ask members to pledge to the 5/100 Legacy Campaign for the Endowment
• Promote Annual Conference events such as the Silent Auction and Raffle Sales
  
• Remind members to consider honoring special people with a memorial gift to the Foundation
• Publicize the option of using the Speaker Honorarium program in lieu of speaker gifts

Keep in mind that the ARMA International Educational Foundation needs to be forward looking and having an endowment is the only sure way that we will be able to  pay for research projects and scholarships in the future.  Most of our projects to date have been funded by the generosity of ARMA Chapters and regions.  The endowment fund has grown primarily through individual pledges and gifts.  To really make a difference for our profession, we must build the endowment.  You, as the Chapter Foundation Champion, are THE critical person in the link between the Foundation and each member's understanding of the need for the Endowment as well as the benefits available to them through the rresearch projects and the scholarships.
