Gail Pennix, CRM, FAI

Gail Pennix, CRM, FAI was admired by many of her colleaques in the field of information management. Her work career included the senior records management position at Hewlett Packard Corporation. She authored numerous professional articles and co-authored Records Management Handbook with Ira A. Penn, CRM, CSp and Jim Coulson, CRM in 1994. This publication remains one of the outstanding reference books in the field.

Memorial gifts were received a number of close friends who recalled her spirt and professional enthusiasm. She was very active in ARMA International at both the chapter and international level and was selected by her peers to be a Fellow of ARMA International. At the time of her death,she was a member of the Greater Sacramento Capitol Chapter in California.
