The ARMA International Educational Foundation (AIEF)
provides this Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy practices and of

Generally, you can visit the ARMA International
Educational Foundation (AIEF) website (www.armaedfoundation.org) without
revealing any personal information about yourself. There are times, however, when
we may need information from you. Personal information like your name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card number (if applicable) is
obtained only when voluntarily submitted, such as when you make donations
through the website, download research papers, or contact the Foundation
Administrator. Information that you supply will relate to the customer
relationship that AIEF has with you or your organization.
How We Use It
If you choose to provide personal information via the
Internet that we request, we intend to let you know how that information will
be used. AIEF will use your personal information to acknowledge donations and
orders for materials and services made online and to provide other services you
request. We may also use the information you supply to notify you about
important news concerning your Foundation, including new products and services
as well as Foundation announcements. Credit card numbers are used only for
donation processing and are not retained for other purposes.
In the process of administering our site, we maintain and
track usage through web server logs. Web server logs provide such information
as what types of browsers are accessing our site, what pages receive high
traffic, and the times of day our servers experience significant load. We use
this information to improve the content and navigation features of our site. It
is not used to personally identify you.
How We Share It
We will not sell, rent, or lease to others, telephone
numbers or e-mail addresses. We will share the personal data you provide only
with other AIEF entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf
for the uses described above, except as provided below (see Consent). Such AIEF
entities and/or business partners are governed by our privacy policies with
respect to the use of this data and are bound by this Privacy Policy and

The ARMA International Educational Foundation will use and

related to those described above. We reserve the right to disclose any and all

as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

The ARMA International Educational Foundation is concerned

disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of
information, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and

online. We use industry standard SSL encryption technology and Verisign
certificates when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card
information, and we do not store credit card data on our servers.
