Robert Austin

Robert Austin was a distinquished Records Manager, Consultant, Author and contributor to ARMA International in its formative stages. He is particularly remembered for his efforts to establish standards for records management. ARMA's distinquished record as a force in the establishment of world wide standards can be traced to the efforts of Bob Austin.
